The body cannot distinquish the difference between what is really happening or what you visualize happening, hence the effect on your body when you are anxious, depressed or worried.
How you think on a regular basis, effects your life and it is sometimes not enough to just “think positive”. The key to changing your life is working on your belief system – what is working for you and what is not – and visualizing and feeling how you would like your life to be. Regular meditation and visualization can turn your life around both physically and mentally.
